We operate properties as co-living homes for working professionals. The model generates more total income, which means we can afford to pay you more. Everyone benefits.
Will my insurance still be valid?
Yes. We can arrange a specialist landlord policy that covers our model, or confirm your existing policy is compatible. This has never been a barrier for any of our properties.
What happens if you stop paying rent?
Your rent obligation is written into the lease and fully enforceable under standard tenancy law. We've never missed a payment. You also hold the bond and have full legal recourse.
What condition will my property be left in?
We return every property to its original condition. Any changes we make are temporary and non-structural — we patch, paint and restore everything before we leave.
What if I want to sell during the lease?
The lease transfers to the new owner seamlessly and actually adds value to the sale — buyers see guaranteed, above-market income from day one. Many investors seek this out.
Who handles maintenance and repairs?
